Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Hearing aids are medical and personalized devices that are programmed specifically for individual hearing needs.

Due to their customized and hygienic nature, products once purchased and fitted are not eligible for return or refund.

For products purchased through the website and delivered via shipment, the same Return & Refund Policy shall apply. Customers are advised to contact the Company for guidance on further steps, including inspection and service support.

Eligibility for Return / Exception Cases

Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

The product has a manufacturing defect, or

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

All such requests must be supported by:

Valid proof of purchase

Timely reporting of the issue

Approved cases will be handled as per manufacturer guidelines.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

Hearing aids once fitted and programmed

Custom-moulded or personalized devices

Used or tampered products

Accessories unless defective.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are generally not applicable for hearing aid purchases.

However, in exceptional cases where:

A product is found defective, and

Repair or replacement is not feasible

A refund will only be processed if repair or replacement is not feasible, as determined by the manufacturer.

If approved:

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days

Amount will be credited via the original payment method

Service, consultation, and fitting charges may be non-refundable.

Missing or Late Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing time for the refund. If after following these steps you still have not received a refund, please reach out to us at customercare@aanviihearing.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace products if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

In such cases, customers are advised to visit the nearest Aanvii Hearing clinic, where the device will be inspected by our audiologist.

If required, the device will be sent to an authorized service center for further evaluation and replacement, as per manufacturer guidelines.

Shipping

In case of approved service, repair, or replacement, customers are advised to visit the nearest Aanvii Hearing clinic.

If physical submission of the device is required, our team will guide you on the process.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
