Return & Refund Policy
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging. Please ensure that you order the correct size.
Certain goods are not eligible for a return, including gift cards and downloadable products. Some health and personal care items may also be exempt.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when the item is not in its original condition, has missing parts or is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if eligible)
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. The approval or rejection of the refund will also be communicated in the email.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Missing or Late Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing time for the refund. If after following these steps you still have not received a refund, please reach out to us at services@aanviihearing.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of the item will be issued for the return. The gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
