Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Audiologist to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis immediately at Aanvii Hearing Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Let's Talk About Responsibilities -

• Assessing and diagnosing the extent of client hearing loss using a wide range of techniques, including audiometric tests

• Reporting results of assessments and tests in writing, Follow up with clients.

• Recommending hearing care solutions to those with hearing impairment

• Providing counselling, advice and information to clients and families as a part of overall treatment

• Providing treatment and management of hearing and communication disorders that may be age related, part of a disability, or acquired as a result of injury or disease

• Hearing aid trial and fitting of Signia hearing aids

• House visits are undertaken within a limited distance to provide easy care to customers in need of hearing loss solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: INR40,000.00 - INR60,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic.

Answer, screen and respond to incoming phone calls.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Update calendars and schedule appointments.

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, updating google sheets, bank related work, etc.,


Required Skills:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

Professional attitude and appearance.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude

High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

To plan execute activities to improve secondary sales Camps/Parent Child Meets To do thorough sales call planning execute as per plan To submit various reports on time as per norms set, must have channel sales experience.
