Warranty Policy

All hearing aids sold by Aanvii Hearing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are medical devices and are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturer.

The Company does not guarantee the exact appearance or finish of the product as displayed on the website. Hearing aids are customized and programmed based on individual hearing requirements, and performance may vary depending on the user’s hearing condition and adaptation.

Ownership and responsibility for the device transfer to the customer upon successful fitting and delivery. Any warranty applicable to the product will be governed strictly by the manufacturer’s warranty terms, and claims must be made in accordance with those terms. The Company may assist customers in facilitating warranty claims wherever feasible.

The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers internal manufacturing defects and functional issues for a specified period, which may vary depending on the model and technology of the hearing aid. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused due to external factors including, but not limited to, physical damage, moisture or water exposure, wax or debris accumulation, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

In the event of a defect, the customer is required to visit the nearest Aanvii Hearing clinic, where the device will be inspected by a qualified audiologist. If necessary, the device will be sent to an authorized service center for further evaluation and repair.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely service and repair. However, repair timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue and manufacturer processes. Replacement of the product will be subject to manufacturer approval and is not guaranteed in all cases.

It is clarified that no return or cancellation shall be applicable once the device has been fitted and delivered, and no refunds shall be provided under warranty, except in cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, as determined by the manufacturer.

Customers are advised to handle hearing aids with care and follow all usage and maintenance guidelines provided by the audiologist to ensure optimal performance and validity of warranty.

Any additional protection plans, extended warranties, or damage protection schemes (if purchased) will be governed by their respective terms and conditions.
