Warranty Policy

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the finish and appearance of the final product as depicted on The quality of the products or materials you purchase through the site may not meet your expectations and may differ from your order. Claims should be made directly with them and the Company may provide reasonable assistance if feasible.

The Company will make every effort to deliver the product after acceptance of your order. Delivery will be shipped within 7 days of acceptance but may be subject to events outside the Company's control. The Company will use various courier services and you must agree to their terms and conditions. The Company will inform you of the dispatch details and send the product to the address you provided when placing the order. If you do not receive the product within a reasonable time, please notify the Company. Upon receipt, you must promptly check the product for accuracy. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order if it is unacceptable, and will refund your money in such cases. The reasons for cancellation may include the non-availability of the product, inaccurate information, fraud or improper payment methods. The Company will inform you of any cancellations.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so prior to dispatch. Once the product is dispatched the Company will not accept any cancellation requests.
